In my opinion, the Shelby GT-500 was the ultimate Mustang. It was gorgeous, handled well and had a big 428 cid engine.

Carrol may be an engineer, he had to of been when he built the Daytona Coupe, but he tuned Mustangs by feel and not by precision tools. And that’s what made him so damn good at his job. He made his job one of his hobbies, and when you do that… you have success.
